KRISTA WIGLE has performed as
- Musetta in La Boheme (North Bay Opera and San Francisco Conservatory Opera Theater)
- Adele in Die Fledermaus (Berkeley Opera), and
- Frasquita in Carmen (West Bay Opera).
Wigle, a soprano, has also appeared in The Merry Nibelungs (Opera Ensemble of San Francisco, The Telephone (William Lewis Summer Opera Theater), and La Finta Simplice (San Francisco Conservatory Opera Theater).
Her musical theater background includes A Little Night Music, The Phantom of the Opera, The Music Man, and The Sound of Music.
Wigle received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and has taken Master Classes from Warren Jones, Dick Jones, Speight Jenkins, Merle Hubbard, David Pittman-Jennings, and Sylvia Anderson. She received First Place at the Henry Hold Memorial Scholarship Audition (1992), First Place from the Oregon State Music Competition (1984 and 1986), and San Francisco Conservatory Music Scholarships (1988-92).
